This is pregnancy number 2 and whilst I remember the insomnia from the first one, it seems to have started much earlier this time. I go off to sleep fine but then wake up after about 4hrs to pee and cannot for the life of me get back to sleep afterwards. I've tried reading, eating a small snack and doing the relaxation technique I learnt from hypnobirthing last time but nothing seems to work. I am only 7 weeks and am dreading the next 33 if I can't get more sleep. Any tips?
