Digestive issues at 26 weeks (possibly TMI)

I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant and since yesterday have been having some bad digestive problems. It started after having an ice cream with my DH and DS after a swim (scooped icecream not the machine kind). Had about 20 mins of painful cramps which really worried me but passed after I went to the toilet. Unfortunately I've had to go to the toilet many times since, although no cramps really, just a bit of discomfort. No vomiting and no fever and I'm managing to sip water. Thought I was getting better about an hour ago so had something to eat but seem to have kicked it all off again. I was avoiding milk in case it was a lactose issue but I just had bread and it started again.

If I wasn't pregnant I wouldn't worry to much about it but as I am I worry it could affect the baby or kick off something much too early. Anyone else had something similar happen, is it likely to just be a virus and I should just wait it out? Don't want to go into hospital for a minor issue and be spreading a bug around the place.

I've been poorly since last Wednesday!! I'm so tired, but because I'm eating and drinking nobody seems to be taking it seriously. I am sick to death of dry toast, plain rice and bananas! I'm starving but everything's making me ill. Worst thing is I'm due to be induced in9 days.... How on earth do you give birth whilst suffering from gastroenteritis?

You poor thing TheScenicRoute, rotten isn't it? I'm just worried about baby more than myself, but I'm not happy either feeling so rotten. I'm sticking to the BRAT diet too but still have symptoms even with that. Hope you recover soon!
