heavy feeling in my pelvis

I'm 36 weeks pregnant and over the last few days I've felt alot of pressure on my pelvis/bladder area, almost like suddenly theres a lot more weight pushing down, does this mean my babies becoming engaged or is it just the increased weight? I was walking for about half an hour today and by the end it was becoming really uncomfortable like I was going to wet myself! I think my baby has moved as a couple of weeks ago I couldn't eat more than a snack without feeling fit to burst and now I can eat a normal sized meal with ease. If this does mean she's engaged that doesn't necessarily mean the birth is immediately impending does it?! I'm a little concerned as my partners going away for work for two days tomorrow (he's a wedding photographer so he can't reschedule or not go!)

I think it sounds like baby is engaged. I'm 32 weeks and baby is engaged. My dd1 was engaged from 29 weeks and was late . Don't worry it doesn't mean that it will happen straight away. Just your baby preparing to meet you.
