Hi everyone,
I'm now 34 weeks pregnant with another girl and have had morning sickness from day 1 (can last all day or most of the day) With my other daughter I had sickness till 22 weeks which I thought was bad but this time it's not showing any signs of going till she's born. Has anyone else been like this? Also how do I get through the next 6 loooooooong weeks? I think I'm going to ho insane at this rateSad

Unfortunately it can happen. I had HG with my first. It got better with meds but didn't go away - I barely kept food down in the last 42nd ffs week and was retching and throwing up bile during labour.

There is safe medication your GP can prescribe. Also remember that you will feel sooo good when baby comes and the sickness clears - the first post-pregnancy breakfast was a thing of wonder for me (no waves of nausea, no grinding of teeth, no frantic rushing to the toilet and not making it and just barfing in the nearest bin - I just ate it and it just staid down )

I hope you feel better soon Flowers

Yes, I had HG with dirt DC which lasted until 5 months or so even on meds. I'm 10+4 weeks pregnant with dc2 and really ill, have been off wot for 4 weeks and cant see me going back anytime soon. I'm on anti sickness meds, they do help with sickness but I am permanently tired, drained and feel awful. It's just not good fun at all..........xx
