Insomnia - any tips?

I am 37+3 and not sleeping at all well.
I am uncomfortable, but it's not just that, I lie awake for hours, just can't sleep.
Last night I went to bed early, woke up at 10pm by DS wanting a drink, then did not get back to sleep until between 4.30-5am! DS woke at 7.
DH has stayed home for a bit so I can rest, but I can't sleep now.

Any suggestions?
I am going to be sleep deprived before the baby has even arrived!

I'll be watching this thread with interest. I feel your pain - I've not slept at all and this is becoming an all too common occurrence.

It's horrible isn't it?
I am just making coffee, proper caffeinated coffee!

I am exactly the same, 37 weeks and waking at silly o'clock and can't get back to sleep. I remember the same thing happening with my other 2, it turned out that the times I was waking was the times they woke for feeding when they were born. It might just be your body preparing you for things to come!
