INSOMNIA - anbody out there????

Thought I would start a thread where it can be bumped if anyone out there is suffering from insomnia like me and wants to chat at the unearthly hour of 4:18 in the morning.

I'm sorry - I hate that. I often feel like that these days - sooo tired but can't nod off. And when I do, ds wakes up & needs me!

When I was pregnant, I could sometimes persuade DH (now ex-dh) to give me a bedtime massage (from my yoga DVD) and that helped wonderfully!
