Everytime my baby moves i am getting the most horrendous pain down my back and into my knee, i actually have to stop in my tracks and hold on to something... Baby is breech and i am nearly 36 weeks pregnant .., the pain is really frightning me and worried that baby is damaging my sciatic nerve!!

Any advice welcome

My baby was fully engaged at 38 weeks on the days leading up to my due date I had pain like you describe, turns out she had turned breech at last minute, perhaps your baby is turning the right way round

I had this when baby was sort of diagonal/ transverse. it's just pressure on the nerve as it runs through your pelvis - bloody sore but shouldn't cause any permanent damage. hope your baby moves into a more comfortable position soon.

Thank you.. Seems common? ... Starting to panic that i would somehow still suffer after birth? Hopefully notShock its honestly the most painful thing i have had.,, including labour !!
