Pre-labour signs?

Ok I'm 37+2 and therefore completely obsessed/desperate for anything I feel to be a sign that labour is coming soon. With DD I just woke up one morning with contractions. This time around I've had period type cramps off and on for the last few weeks, have been getting extremely tired, yesterday felt very "off" - had to bundle up in a jumper and hat as I just couldn't keep my heat up - and then during the night had a lot of "wave" type cramps down below (though think this maybe due to the baby absolutely squishing my bladder as it stopped after the 3rd time of going to the loo to ensure I was completely empty!). Naturally I really hope this means something and I might not be waiting long, though my pessimistic side is thinking it probably doesn't.

Did any one else have prelabour signs? And how long did you have them for before things started?

Sorry to disappoint you but I've had the same symptoms for a few weeks now too. I'm 36+ weeks. Some days I feel great and totally normal, other days I've had pretty severe early labour symptoms.
It's strange because on my first two I'm pretty certain that I also just woke up one morning in early labour.
