Arnica pills for bruising

I have been told that taking Arnica pills after you have had the baby helps with bruising so I went to Boots to get some today and was told there are two strengths of Arnica Pills that you can take after the baby and while breastfeeding.

Does anybody know which ones are the best to take and do they help?

6c is supposed to be better than 30c

Do you start taking it once you have had the baby or can you start taking it before so it gets into your system beforehand!

You can take it during labour as far as I know
