I'm having weekly physio and doing my exercises but I feel it's getting more painful and now I'm really scared that it's going to get worse until the baby comes. I'm finding the walk from work to the station really hard-it's only 7 minutes- I'm practically in tears by the time I get onto the train. Any hope out there? Thanks

I had it for a while during the second trimester and all of a sudden it disappeared. I guess because baby or something had moved and was pressing on my nerves anymore. But I didn't have it as early as you.

Hope it gets better soon. Flowers

Thanks MrsW although baby is meant to only be 2cm long so doubt has moved to give me this pain. I'm worried about having crutches for 6 months!

I had it really bad around 3 weeks ago, I'm 38 weeks. It has since almost completely gone so I'm guessing baby has moved. Last month I couldn't even walk it was that bad x

I had it before getting pregnant. I'm 21 weeks now. I have had good days and bad but it seems to be really affected by how I sleep/ sit. Doing light exercise makes it a bit better for me, and in the last few weeks the only position I've been comfortable in was wide squatting... really hurts to sit in any other position when it's really bad. I was off work in early pregnancy due to HG and had it non stop because I was laid up all the time. That's just my experience though, I also think it could get worse for me, my mum has it really bad, currently is undergoing injections in her spine for pain relief so she can try and work her core strength. x

Sorry i meant i had it. In very early weeks and ever since. i didnt find out i was pregnant till i was 7wks gone and it started to play up 3wks prior to me testing. So yeh it can happen in the early weeks. And as ive had it since i was 18 it didnt even cross my mind i would be preggers again(even though we were trying) so i just took my usual meds to help me be mobile still as i hate being not able to do stuff >.< im a very active person. I have just been managing with ignoring to my best and getting on with things as best as i can. You can try talking to your doc if you are struggling to manage with things x
