Sore roof of mouth/gums but not bleeding - pregnancy related?

I have a sore patch on the roof of my mouth and my gums near to that area a very sore. I have an electric toothbrush and gave my mouth a longer clean than usual, flossed and used an alcohol free antiseptic mouthwash (as I do every night). My gums aren't bleeding though so I'm not sure if they're infected or if it's just pregnancy symptoms? I'm 26 weeks. If I have had any gum problems prior to being pregnant, the mouthwash and good clean etc usually sorts it out within a day or too. It's making eating anything 'rough' like crisps etc. quite difficult! Any advice please?

I had the same thing on and off during my first trimester mostly. Felt like I had eaten too many boiled sweets and it was agony at times but within a few days every time it was gone.
Hopefully it will ease off soon;-)

Yeah I think it's a symptom. I find rinsing with salty water helps.

Probably pregnancy related, one of my friends is pregnant at the moment and has developed some weird ulcer on the roof of her mouth which her dentist has put down to pregnancy.
