still possible to be pregnant after hcg blood test was "normal"?

I'm 2 week late, af very regular at 28days.
Home tests have been negative.
Had blood test, came back "normal"
I've got some signs of early pregnancy like tender nipples, tiredness and forgetfulness along with feeling sicky.

Could blood test be wrong or am I getting paranoid over nothing?

I suspect blood hcg test is highly highly unlikely to be wrong. I'm not a medic though!

a negative HCG is rare but don't rule it out. my mum never got a positive while pg with dbro
