ooooh I had one, I did I did!!!!!!
It's really lovely, and you get a nice choice of drugs depending on your taste
stitching afterwards is sometimes needed, make sure you get a colour that goes with your skintone though

A vaginal birth is the only chance I have ever had (since babyhood) to poo myself in front of a room full of people without censure

i wouldnt have cared if i was in the middle of wembley [or any other]stadium...and would have entrusted any b@stard to get it out ...by whatever means necessary.
