Help waiting for test results

Hi
Im new here but desperatley need people to talk to.Had 12wk scan and showed cystic hygroma, no nasal bone, oedema around body and cysts. Was told defin ds and referred for cvs. Dr who did cvs said defin trisomy 18. Only had cvs to rule out trisomy 18 as bad and for future pregnancies.
Anyway trisomy 13,18,21 negative, now have to wait for rest of tests and have an echo of babys heart at 16 weeks.
Feel i cant enjoy pregnancy and the waiting is unbearable.
