Hi all, was just wondering if anyone can advise me on a pregnancy yoga book that is good. I'm only 12 weeks but have suffered with bad back for years and hope this will help. I've been for a one on one session and to two classes so far which I have enjoyed. However, as the class is in the eve after work I go straight there and don't get home until 8:30 so am out from 8:30 in the morn till 8:30 in the eve. The class is £10 for an hour and half (which I don't mind paying) but the parking has been costing another £5 a time. This is going to be end up costing a fortune! I'm now thinking that as I have a (very small) idea of what is involved maybe I could do it at home with the help of a book or even a DVD and go back to the class when I'm about 30 weeks?
Like I say any advice would be great
