Pregnacy and knickers!

I know this is a strange one but everyone knows about maternity clothes, bigger bra's ect but no one mentions knickers!
I am 20wks with 2nd baby and I am huge compared to the first time round but I can not find any knickers that are comfy! I have tried little ones, big ones, and granny one and they either cut in bump or seriously cut into be below bump, if I buy them big I spend all day yanking them up!
So my question is what knickers would you recommend? If i was younger and braver would go without - the hassle they are causing at the moment!
seriously i am sick of being uncomfortable!

Have you tried short style pants a size up?

Yes short style pants? I have worn my lycra swimming shorts a fair bit as they are much more supportive than regular knicks.sometimes with a panty liner for extra comfort.
Also might sound backwards thinking but some days a thong in a bigger size was actually comfy.

Does anyone in your house wear loose fitting blokes' boxers? If yes, steal them! Wear loose fitting skirts/dresses and put boxers underneath. They have to be the loose leg type. If you then get cold legs, hold up stockings are your friend.
As well as being comfortable and aerated all day, you get a right laugh when you get undressed at night.

I loved to wear maternity thongs from mothercare.

Can't stand thongs the rest of the time.

I found the same problem.
Now I'm on mat leave I tend to stay in my pjs knickerless as its more comfortable.
Otherwise I just wear my normal sized knickers but under my bump.

I wore Primark/Supermarket granny knickers in a size up from about 20 weeks in 2nd pg. Then in two sizes up from about 32 weeks. I got them all in black and used them after the baby was born. They managed to stretch and stain themselves through 2 pg, then I binned them. In first pg I also had some Mothercare under bump bikini cut knickers, but I didn't get on with them second time.

I had some amazing, huge, granny knickers from M&S and they were so comfy.

Blooming Marvelous over the bump ones from Mother care. I'm 29 weeks with twins and they are soooo comfy.

It was one of the things I wouldnt skimp on this pregnancy as last time I hated knickers and I realised that I was going to bigger for longer this time around!

I have always bought maternity knickers - for both this pregnancy and my previous 2. I don't have any particular recommendation but did really well this time as I bought some in the M&S sale that worked out about £1 a pair just after Christmas (I was about 13 weeks then) and they are still v comfortable now that I am 20 weeks.

Another vote for M&S here. I got a couple of packets of full briefs, 2 sizes bigger than my actual size and they were lovely and comfortable.
