This is driving me mad now (v v v v TMI symptoms), do I just carry on as though I'm pg?

For those that haven't read my 1001 other threads!

Took a pg test last Tues/Wed, as missed a pill, AF was due. There was half a pink line. Got -ve three mornings later. Carried on taking my pills, but decided on Sun to stop taking them, and if not pg turn to a non-hormonal contraceptive, as I hate the pill anyway. No withdrawal bleed, but have had 2 brown spots which needed no sanitarywear (now 6 days on). I am normally a VERY heavy, 10 day AF kinda gal, the pill reduced this to 7 days of heavyness, so I don't "do" light spotting.

Am exhausted, have to have bi-daily naps. I can no longer feel my pelvic bone (but am a bit too scared to poke really hard!), nipples are enormous, but boobs no bigger. No soreness, but have sporadic "let down" feelings. They are leaking when tweaked (all of this is TMI, sorry!), but this can be due to the pill. Peeing a lot (every 1/2 hour), but I usually need it every hour-ish anyway (dd killed my bladder). Much much much clear diacharge, dp saying I feel much hotter inside (sorry again!) and the smell has changed. nausea constantly that abates a little when I have forced myself to eat. Bad breath and metallic taste (I have just changed my toothbrush, maybe that is it?) Bubbling/shifting feelings in my abdomen. Lower back pain. Freeeeezing cold even with tights, socks, jeans, jumpers, blankets etc. Can't sleep at night despite dog-tiredness. Terrible heart burn, and diahorrea then constipation. Loads of spots. Washing my hair twice daily due to grease over-load. I cried at the pet emporium on the way to school going into administration. I don't even have a pet and have never been in!

But a First Response negative 3 days ago. Grrr!

How possible is it that all of these could be from coming off the pill? Or a combination of coming off the pill and the excitement of going back to England and dp for Christmas?

I am SO aware of my womb atm, and am convinced I am to the point where I would feel no abashment at telling people I was. I can't go to the doctors for another 2 weeks as am not in England, so cant get a blood test, but I'm going MAD!

hate to say but your symptoms are inconclusive. As you say, the pill is hormonal so coming off it will have an effect. I think you need to keep to the first trimester rules about not drinking etc but otherwise not get too excited and give it a couple of weeks.

The wait will be frustrating but it's not the end of the world. I didn't find out until 6 weeks because I had an implantation bleed that fooled me. My GP wouldn't do a blood test he'd say keep using the urine ones and once it's clearly positive make an appointment with the midwife.

Good luck, go find something to distract yourself!

good luck with that if you are pregnant. All I want to eat is carbs - bread, cake, ooh cheese on toast (made myself hungry now)!

So I took a test this morning, and got an immediate greyish line, on a blue test. It was defo there, and the right thickness, but not the same blue as the other line, but it had blue at the top and bottom. Took the test apart after the time limit, and blue had pooled before the window, but not gone into it. Is this an evap? This is getting ridiculous. I did remember that I didn't get a positive until 7-8 weeks with dd, and that was with First Response (went for a dating scan and was told I was 9 weeks). Do I just take it I have low HcG levels?

Could you try using a Clear Blue digital test then there's no confusion about lines? Hope you get the result you want :)
