pressure low down

i am 19 weeks pregnant and for the past 2 days i have had bad pressure low down its really really sore....i have also been getting cramps across my belly (the kind of ones you get in your feet if you know what i mean) and they have me doubled over until it passes can someone please give me a little advise xx

I think you should call the midwife as she may have more idea what this is. proably just stretching pains, but its better to check.
