anyone got Rodger alarm pants ? I cannot work them!

Not exactly potty training but I don't know where to put this.

I have these alarm pants and I just can't figure them out. It's telling me to push buttons on strip f but there isn't any labelled diagram to tell me what a,b,c etc. Is .

Anyone know how these work? I'm so fed up

Never actually seen one of these, but having a look on ebay "Push buttons on strip" could mean connect the two clip buttons on the velcro strip to the two clipbuttons on the little sensor device.
