Potty problems- nearly 3 & she was fuly potty trained now wees knickers a bit just before asking for potty/toilet!

My little girl has been potty trained for a few months now. She got the hang of it really quickly. But now most days she wees a tiny bit in her knickers before she asks for the potty/toilet. If she walks around the house with no knickers she's fine. But if she has anything on at all she will just wee a tad. We have talked about it with her and she says she will keep her knickers dry but it doesn't happen. We have tried the no pressure "never mind, maybe next time". We have tried the loads of fuss when she doesn't. We have tried even rewards when she's good but it's not working. She's been doing it on and off (some days are worse than others) for over a month now. She's a sensitive little lady and I don't know if it's an emotional thing or she's just forgetting all the time! Please help

We are at least two months (if not three) in with the same problem with no end in sight. Disheartening isn't it. Fingers crossed for some words of wisdom from others.
