C Section Wound!

Wondering if anyone has any advice!

I had my baby boy 3 weeks ago via elective c section! My first was an emergency!
My scar this time seems so much better however on the side I have two small holes next to each other. I have been to GP's twice, first said we need to keep an eye on it as it may need a stitch and the second just told me to clean it with salt water 3 times a day.
The holes weep not excessively but they do and tonight when cleaning with cotton wool it has starTed to bleed!
Do I go back to GP or just leave it to heal? I don't want it getting worse and ending up on antibiotics again!

I just want it to recover!

I would call 111 if it is out of hours and see what they advise. The last thing you need right now is an infection.
