Classes in Beckenham/Bromley

Hi all! Does anyone know any good classes I can take my 11 mth old dd to in Beckenham. Heard Top Hat Tunes and Head Over Heels mentioned but cant find any info. Also, anyone about know any language classes for toddlers? Thanks!

Mellsbells if you call the Childrens Information Service (CIS) in Bromley, they will send you out a list of all the activities, (including language classes) and mother and baby groups in the area.

I live in Bromley and have found their service really good, I took my first ds to Head over Heels and he loved it and I hope to start it with my 9mth old ds as soon as he is crawling.

I know I probably shouldn't advertsie another website on here but netmums is good for local services too.

Thanks very much Beksmum. Will get on to that right now. Thanks for the advice. They might have a list of summer holiday activities to. To prevent me going insane!

Good luck, I've found there is a serious lack of things to do in the summer round here, but I did see that Kelsey Park are putting on a Punch & Judy show on Wednesday and Saturdays from the 19th July.

Obviously don't know if you drive or not but we discovered Tonbridge Park last weekend, it's very good, it has a minature train you can ride on, a very good play area, crazy golf a sand pit and there is also a swimming pool that goes both indoors and outdoors just in the grounds of the park. It's just behind the high street, by the castle.

Another park option is Swanley park don't know if you've found that one either but it has a large sand and water play area and a miniature train but it does get seriously busy in the summer obviously.

If I think of any others I'll post them up, but if your stuck for ideas just put out a shout and someone will come up with something!!!

Actually, we went to the punch and judy shows in the park last year, but I didn't know they were back. Thats good. It just makes going to the park that much more fun! Thats pretty much all there is to do in the summer in Beckenham. Tonbridge Park sounds like loads of fun. A real day out
Have you been to xmas tree farm? Thats fun for the children, but a nightmare to park when its busy down those little country lanes.
