Well it is isn't it? Is it a gaff? I think it's divinely inspired and the U.K are being rather disingenuous, it's fact. Let the government of Nigeria take it on board and everybody move on.

There is corruption but highlighting Nigeria hides some of the beneficiaries of it. Pointing the finger at Nigeria takes the spotlight off some beneficiaries.

I think the real question is where is all the money going that is looted from Nigeria by corrupt officials and focusing on Nigeria means that that is not addressed.
