The people's insurgency continues.

Cameron receives the worst heckling of his premiership from pensioners.

"Heckled and jeered, PM faces ire of OAPs at rally: Shouts of 'rubbish', 'lies' and 'answer the question' as he tries to convince them to vote Tory"

He struts about the stage like a floundering Basil Fawlty pointing and waving trying to quell unrest from dissatisfied guests at Fawlty Towers.

A spinner probably advised him that meeting pensioners would make good news headlines. By the end of the campaign he will be wishing he did take part in debates that "sucked the life out of the campaign" rather than facing the people's insurgency at every corner.

Basil Fawlty?

More like a slightly flustered stage psychic really Grin

Yes a flustered stage psychic, quack or snakeoil salesman is right. He just reminds me of Fawlty by his raised exasperated condescending voice.

"Don't mention the NHS"

Has anybody ever looked at a boiled ham and not thought "ooh, it looks just like that Camoron fella"?
