They were Charlie's Angels I think? (Actors, not characters.)

We had a long-haired one and never brushed it so it probably doesn't matter how you do it, misdee - a good bonding process though I should think.

i used to have 2 long haired G. pigs... you brush their hair every couple of days but do check their coat daily esp around their private parts as it tends to get knotty and stuck! and its also excellent for bonding with your sensitive, shy piggies too

in the summer, i used to trim their hair very short once the length start touching the floor as their hair get soaked up in wee easily. in the winter, i just trim it to get it off the floor. best to go for a small dog brush and use Baby shampoo when bathing them in the bath as they HATE being dirty! i only used to wash them twice in the winter and you have to blow dry their hair too before putting them back in their cage.

get yaself a book about looking after G. piggies and you'll learn more and better.

HTH! i want one now but i dont have the time to look after them atm
