dd just turned 3 last week and i left her late to potty train her, she has been dry in the day for about 5 months and dry at night for 4 weeks. at first she had dry nappies so i decided to bite the bullet and leave them off.
she didnt have any accidents for 3 weeks, then on bonfire night she wet the bed, and has done it again for the last 2 nights.
should i do anything? she has a bottle at night and i suppose this doesnt help but i do try to make her go to the toilet before taking her to bed.
but nothing has changed in the last week to make her start weeing and i dont know why she has started doing it.
she knows when she has done it cause she comes into my bed room asking for dry bottoms.
i dont know if to ask her why she is doing it, or tell her its dirty, or leave her and not say anything.
i know you are not ment to say anything to them in the day if they have an accident, or dont tell them off, but really dont want this to become a habit when she had started so so well.

any thoughts?

Our dd had phases of wetting after being dry. They passed. you can get bed pads from pampers which make dealing with it more bearable. I can't remember the statistics but a lot of 6 yr olds still wet the bed occasionally - so try and relax about it and it'll pass.

DD did this for a while. She'd been dry for a couple of months then suddenly started wetting the bed about twice a week. It seemed to coincide with it getting colder as well so that may be your case too.

I found limiting her drinks at bedtime to a couple of sips of water definitely helped. There were tantrums as she was used to a bf plus lots of water, but she got used to it. Once her bladder got more used to regulating itself the water drinking returned to normal. She now wakes up if she needs a wee.

Don't tell her it's dirty, she can't help it. I think with my DD it either just clicked into place, or maybe she saw what a palaver changing the sheets in the middle of the night was and trained herself accordingly.

she has about 7 ounces in a bottle but only 3 scoops of powder so could reduce that to amybe 5 ounces.
she has done it the last 2 times at between 1 and 3 am, but came into my bed yesterday morning and did it at half 6, so there doesnt seem to be a pattern.
