dd is 2.8. about 3 months ago i put her into a single bed from her cot and for a few weeks had no problems at all.
none of the getting out of bed apart from a few times in the middle of the night. as soon as she went into her bed i stopped the middle of the night bottle which she had a habit for without much fuss so am pleased to have gotten rid of that.

these last few weeks she has woken up in the middle of the night still out of habit, but is harder to get hr back to sleep.

the first few times i laid with her till she went back to sleep, now she is getting worse and worse about going into her own bed to seeep.

the last 3 nights i have had to let her go to sleep on my bed, then transfer her to her own bed after she is in a deep sleep.

i have never been one to let hr sleep with us and it is bothering me and i dont know how to put it right.

the other night she actually said she was scared when she woke up under the duvet, so i left her a night light on, but that didnt seem to make any difference.

any thought or advice would be greatly appreciated.

i live with my parents so can leave her to cry and scream cause she will wake the whole house up, so need painfree soloutions!! if there is any!

thanks in advance
