After 4 years with very fussy eaters I have realised that all we eat is pasta or sauage and chips and I can no longer think what we used to eat. I would like to start eating normal tea as I am bored of their food. So I thought what does everybody else have?

jackets with chilli and cheese

we only really eat with the kids at the weekend s tho, I like to get them sorted early on school days.

Last weekend we had chinese (made at home) egg fried rice, sweet and sour sauce with chicken balls, chicken in black bean and tons of prawn crackers.
this weekend we're planning toad in the hole with garlic mash on sat, and pasta and meatballs with garlic ciabatta on sun.

Funny night for us so we are all having different. Normally all eat the same/similar however.

DD (5y) has already eaten - she had ham sandwich, a small sausage roll, some cheese, cucumber, tomato, and yellow pepper. Followed by a small chocolate bun.

DH is having chicken jalfrezi and rice. I made the curry last week, so just needs heating up (now defrosted as frozen in portions).

I am having pasta with pesto and parmesan.

dopiaza means double onions - it's curry with tons of onions.

Dd had fish fingers with rice , peas and corn mixed (she's 2.5).

I made a chixcken salad for dh and I using everything I could find in the house including stuff that needed using asap: fried some chicken in Jerk seasoning, grilled and chopped some bacon, cucumber, tomotaoes, capers, chickpeas, spring onions, jalapenos, lime juice, garlic granules (ran out of fresh), pasta and mayyo. Was very tasty - and plenty left for dh tomorrow while I'm out at aXmas dinner.
