Social servises help plz

Hi I need help.I dont now what to do. Socil servises have com to our house and say my partner is not allowed to see us but he's not done nothing wrong. They say problem is hes smoking joints but he nit doing this in frount off the kids at all. He dose it when kids are in bed and opens window while hes smokeing it. Socail servises say this is not good but they kids are not near when he dose it so I dont now why it a problem. My partner has told hes not allowed in my house but is hes house too but they dont care. We have 7 kids and am pregnant with our next one. It not fare social servises say hes a risk to our kids but he is not at all he a good dad. The house is in my and hes name at the same time so social servises can not make him leave can they. It not fare. They say he should start sorting life out befor we live together again but hes life is fine. We spend all our times with the kids cuz we not working and the kids spend time with us all the time. Social servises are try to ruin my family but I dont now why we are good parents they put kids on child protecion now cuz they have a problem with us. They are kiddie snaters and target the wrong ppl all the times just look on line and it all their. I dont wont my partner to leave I love him. Can they make him leave even though hes name is on the house two and cuz we love each other we dont want to be appart we want to be together. They have come for now reason and it not fare. Please help how do we get rid off them cuz I dont now what to do.thx.
