Baby Sling for home

After a very tiring day of my DD not letting me put her down and her crying for much of the day, I have decided that I really need a sling for home.

Which slings are suitable for a premature baby (she is now 5.5lbs) and for a non slim person (i'm UK size 22) as most photos of slings show only slim people wearing them and I want to make sure that I can physically get one around me.

Your baby is too small for the baby jbjorn that's th only one k know about. Do you have q sling library locally where you could try some and see what you and her like? The council normally run them.

Close caboo is great. Very soft, comfortable to wear, no buckles but really easy to put on - over the head like a tshirt.

But also really recommend a sling library if you have one near you...

Try a connecta - have to buy online I think. I've used mine for two children, literally from birth till three years old. Feels very natural and would fit you as it's just straps and fabric, very flexible.

Close caboo is one of the few that works for tiny babies, it's suitable from 5lb.

It will fit, there is loads of material.

Only downside ia it doesn't work so well IMO once the baby gets big.

I use a simple stretchy wrap with my 1 month old DS at home. Length really shouldn't be an issue.
