Not sure if I'm being a bit dense here but I want to make footprints if my 10 week old and not sure which paint is safe to use.
Kids posted paints all say not suitable for under 3s?!
What did you use?

We did this at the local baby group and I'm sure they just had normal children's paint (non-toxic, washable etc). I guess they have to put not for under 3 in relation to giving the whole bottle to the child who might try to eat the cap/drink it etc?
If you were worried I believe you can make your own paint but personally I wouldn't bother.

If you handed over a tub of paint to an under 3, that would not be safe, that's why they can't label it as suitable.

The paint won't be poisonous or anything on their skin, you just need to make sure they don't drink it or inhale it or anything like that. Grin

We bought some finger painting paints, pretty sure anything non toxic would be fine!
