5 week old extra sleepy

Yesterday and today DD has been much more sleepy than usual. Some alert time but much less than usual. I assumed it would affect her sleep at night but went down without a peep and slept as well as usual. Doesn't seem ill and plenty of dirty and wet nappies, could this be pre growth spurt, any ideas?

Could be growth spurt or could just be sleepy days! My DS has days like this then other days when he is wide awake. As long as nappies/temp are fine then just enjoy the extra opportunities for a quick nap! You'll know your little one and go with your gut if you think something is wrong - if you are worried you could get reassurance from HV?

Thanks, she is back to her usual chirpy self. Now to solve her refusing to nap anywhere but me...

Oh yes, nap time is a big battle...seems I spend my whole day trying to put my DS to sleep!!! Falling asleep is one thing, staying asleep in his cot is quite another!
