What time is bed time?

My 5 y.o has a bath about 7 the story and bed. My 8 y.o gets a bath after his brother but goes to bed at 8.30. What do yours do?

6-6.30 latest almost every night. They are aged nearly 6 and 4, and 13mnth dts. I'm a mean mummy.

DD2 (14mths) - bath at 7ish and in bed by 7.30pm, although was in bed and asleep by 6.45pm tonight as completely exhausted.

DD1 (8yrs) - up until recently, getting into bath after dd2 had got out and in bed by 7.45pm, although last week has been going in the bath with dd2 and into bed shortly afterwards (because dh is away this week and it's easier!). She usually reads until about 8.30pm though.

both in bed by 7pm, dd is 3 and ds is 15 months, then I'm on Mumsnet at 7.04pm!

DD (4y1m) goes to bed at about 7:30. She then has a story and "reads" to herself in bed until she falls asleep. We are pretty flexible though and at weekends bedtime is often later. We are lucky in that DD tends to sleep for a certain length of time - so later bed means later wake up :)

For my nearly 3 and 4 year olds I have them upstairs by 7 for a story in bed, then they can read themselves for a little bit. Lights out by 8pm at the very latest.

I would put them to bed earlier but they would wake up at the crack of dawn.

LOL liliput! Can see why - it's addictive! ( am new to mn) Ds1 just turned 3 & dd2 17m bathed around 6.45 - 7pm & in bed by 7.30-7.45 after story. It used to be in bed by 7 which was great for us but they were waking at 5.45-6am as they have an afternoon nap too! Not so great
