Anne Williams lost her son Kevin at Hillsborough.

The coroner in the original Hillsborough inquest ruled that all victims were dead by 3.15 so the authorities' actions after this were irrelevant.

Reliable witnesses have confirmed that Kevin Williams was alive and talking long after this - the Special Constable who sat with him heard him ask for his mum before he died at around 4.

Independent pathologists who reviewed the evidence believe that intubation might have saved him. But there was no medical help available. A fleet of ambulances waiting outside the ground was denied access to the pitch by the police.

Kevin was 15. His mum just wants to know why he was left to die without medical help. It's really easy to sign this petition and give her a bit of support.

(And I am actually shaking with fear at the thought of starting a thread in AIBU. )

I think her statement on the petition could be better worded to explain some of the other stuff in the Mail article though - if you just read her statement it could read a bit as 'grieving Mum is too distraught to hear the truth', given that the Attorney General has turned her down several times. Despite the evidence being very compelling.

OP, if you are Anne Williams or a friend of hers may be worth pointing this out if it can indeed be edited now.

It won't allow non-UK residents to sign e-petitions but bumping this thread - I read about this, and the obviously wrong 3.15 cutoff, a few years ago and it stayed in my head. I do believe they will eventually have to allow this and stop hiding behind an arbitrary/erroneous cutoff when so many witnesses say people were alive after then.

Dh is a life long red, and has been campaigning for justice for the 96 or many years.

He has met Ann, and says she is a very brave and humbling lady.
