anyone else realise you had to redraw arrangements re child care vouchers after Budget

silly me; there i was i thinking my child care voucher would automatically increase from £217 to £243 after the Budget and I have just got a voucher from Busy Bees for £217. "Oh," they said, "haven't you contacted your HR department and signed a new salary sacrifice agreement saying you want the new amount? We can't do anything til then." In this age of emails, it would have been nice if they had warned their customers that this was necessary, surely.

I can change mine every month because I get over the tax free limit. The rest is just without NI so I don't think it is an issue for me. I have recently increased it because DS's CM has signed up.

My company uses Busy Bees as well. I got an email from both my company's HR dept as well as from Busy Bees direct informing me of the change and informing that I have to sign and submit an amendment form to get the £243 increase. I am surprised Busy Bees did not send you this email?

Blushoes - sounds like yr company is on the ball, I didn't get anything from Busy Bees. I despair of that company. It is so disorganised.

True mommie, their e-vouchers system has not been working properly for my company since its inception in Sept last year! V. frustrating.

that's interesting. i am always on the phone to them complaining - thought it was just a hiccup here. now they have reverted to sending vouchers out in the name of a nursery my dd attended a year ago.
