Jamais it's posted, but I didn't do it till 4.00 so apparently it won't leave Brittany till tomorrow morning, hopefully you should receive on Monday!

wtd don't worry, I was lucky the other day and timed my trip to the post office for 4.30 (end of school time).

Otherwise it can take an hour.

Will look forward to Peepo, having genuinely never read it!!! shock

Jamais I tried posting your book yesterday but after 30 mins standing in the queue I had to leave the post office to go and get the DC's I'm going to try again tomorrow - will go to a bigger post office in town. Sorry.

Seeing as you've all read the Hungry Caterpillar and that loler has given the ending away, I've changed my book choice to Peepo! It's got more of a story than Hungry Caterpillar anyway.
Yes, sorry - I am away from home at the moment and have been travelling for the last couple of days so will try and post the book tomorrow or Saturday.

Sorry!

Lovebeingamummy - Is it you sending to me?

Not nagging, just a little confussled about all the organising.

Do we send it on as soon as we have finished, or after a month?

PAO - I have your book.Thank you - an hour till dc in bed and I can get started!

HC - your's in in the post - had a last minute panic about what book to send, made my choice then couldn't find it. So hope everyone likes my slightly different type of book choice.

PS is it too late to say that I think I've already read the hungry caterpillar, is it the one with the butterfly at the end? (hope I didn't blow the plot!)

POA I would love to have sent you How Clean is Your House but it is literally so well thumbed that it fell to pieces in my hand before I could send it on. However my home is now a shrine to domesticity so it has served its purpose(not).

WTD now runs off cackling in hysteria surrounded by mugs, plates and empty biscuit wrappers because it's 9.00 and she's still sitting at the computer working.

SSSHHHH, me and WTD "Met" on a good housekeeping thread here, but my house now looks like a total bomb site and I just breeze in and say Hi to everyone on there who are working hard! grin

I'll be too busy reading to concentrate on housework now! Just another excuse really, I have learnt more about making good excuses than about doing too much so far blush, but they are a nice bunch of ladies.
how clean is your house..... I say guilty here, bought it in a charity shop.... just to see how bad I was going with my housemother LOL.....

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links and smileys: To insert a smiley face, , type [smile] or :)

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
