Uterus 'rumblings'/ contractions?

I wondered if anyone had also felt these ongoing rumblings in the uterus following medical management of miscarriage?

I sadly miscarried twins on 8th August and have these ongoing movements in the uterus.

I think it could be the uterus reducing in size but they have been going on since the operation on 8th August.
