Climagest 2mg

Hello Ladies, well I have joined the club today.
Went to see the doctor last week as feel like I had signs of being Peri Menopausal, I'm 45. The doctor was a temp but was absolutely amazing. She actually listened and agreed It sounded like I was, so did a blood test there and then. Today went back for results and as soon as I walked in the door she said I was right bloods show I am Peri Menopausal. She has put me on Climagest 2mg now here is the question,
she said to start straight away but notes in packet say to start first day of cycle so not sure what to do. take them now or wait?
Also having to pay for 2 prescriptions for them is disgusting

Is Climagest a cyclical one or continuous one? I think that might make a difference as to when you can start it, if it's cyclical then probably best to take on first day of cycle then you're not fighting your natural cycle!
