I'm just starting out and I need to avoid dairy but I'm a bit worried I'll be really limited. I'm also really confused about which plan to follow. I have about 4 stone to lose and am a major carb junkie. Does anyone have any advice?

Do you know why you have to be dairy-free?

Yeah. I have an allergy to cows milk protein. It's quite mild

It's very frustrating doing low carb and not being able to eat dairy, because you can't enjoy all the lovely cream and cheese and full fat yoghurt! But it is totally doable, you just need to think about it a bit.

If you find one of the Bootcamp threads (we're currently on week 9), and look at the spreadsheet (which is always posted in the OP of each thread), find one of the tabs at the bottom and look for ubercamp. There are three days of dairy-free recipes there. Actually there are more than three days, because some of them are meat and egg based, some are fish based and some are egg free. They should get you off to a good start.

I've been having a bit of milk the past few months though, but when I was doing it hardcore, almond milk was a saviour.

I also lost the most weight then. Now I am pretty much stalled.
