Bugger - messed up a bit on the 3rd day :(

I'm not going to give up but I woke up this morning feeling so weak and lethargic that it worried me a bit (granted I suffer from anxiety!). So I ate half a banana then for lunch ate a load of bbq chicken wings.

Feeling a bit better now.

Will this have thrown me badly?

No. Just make sure you move on from it straight away and back to low carb, rather than thinking 'sod it now' and eating every carb you can find.
