Am low carbing and I fancy giving these a try, but I haven't seen them in any shops.

Just have plain coffee Confused
Sugar free versions if sweet sugary things are full of crap so best avoided imo.

I get my Monin sugar free syrups from Amazon. I love having my daily hazelnut latte in the morning without handing Costa or Starbucks £3!
(Would not recommend the other syrups on Amazon, think they are called Da Vinci and Sweetbird - horrible, horrible stuff. Taste incredibly synthetic)

Check out the reviews on Amazon for the Da Vinci syrups, some flavours seem to be better than others. I've got the butterscotch one which is just OK, I haven't really used it much. I prefer the fake maple syrups you can get (lowcarbmegastore, amazon or Ebay) they're really nice although I use it on flax pancakes rather than in coffee.
