The difference with the AR Body Blitz is that you aren't restricted on what veg you can eat apart from potatoes. Tbh I think it's good to eat a whole range of colourful veg and I like beetroot in my salad. As for fruit...well you can't eat it all day long but I have banana in my porridge and probably an apple or orange at some point. Good luck with whatever approach you take.
Thanks Mrs Hoolie, on reflection I don't think I could manage the restriction on fruit and veg ATM. I know what you mean about being able to eat piles of carb and crap on SW, think I just need not to take that option Haven't heard of AR Body Blitz, may take a look.
I lost 3 stone on SW after my last baby. I much prefer doing Low Carb as it stops me feeling as hungry and on SW I would eat piles of pasta and a curly wurly every day,no exactly healthy.
I did bootcamp for a while (not the whole thing) and now I'm following the Anna Richardson Body Blitz which I love and will be able to stick to for life. For example,I hate eating eggs/meat etc for breakfast and I need my porridge! So it's not low low carb but you never eat white carbs but you can have brown rice/pasta at lunchtimes only.
I've 'done' SW successfully a couple of times but am aware of a chronic sugar addiction which is my downfall. The reports on these threads of improved vitality, easy wt loss etc are v appealing but my current WOE involves so much fruit and veg it'd be a huge change and possibly less adaptable with 2 small DC. Can anyone inspire me enough to ditch SW and join Autumn boot camp?
