I think listen to your body and eat when you're hungry. If that isn't at 'meal time' then skip it, so long as you are genuinely not hungry.
Revelation, not revolution - stupid phone!
It's a revolution, I'm on day 9 and just not hungry. Should I eat anyway? I'm down 10lb (bloody amazing), and today have had a mini pepperami processed crap I know and a tablespoon of greek yogurt. Is it ok to just skip a meal and wait for dinner?
