Sushi Nori, low carb recipe anyone?

I bought some, now don't know what to do with it. I think I remember somebody posting that it can be fried for a snack?

Can it be used for sheets in a lasagne as well?

I am not a sushi fan, not keen on fish, just fancied the idea of something low carb and different.

I like to julienne it and add it to salads and soups. Great source of iodine. You can also roast it for a snack. See here.

Ooh yes, that looks like it! Sometimes you just need something to crunch, I am hoping these will work.
Thank you!

You say you're not a sushi fan and don't like fish?

If you're posting in Low Carb Diets, you will obviously be avoiding the sweetened rice, and does your fish dislike extend to all fish - including things like prawns, crab, smoked salmon?

If not, you could make some 'sushi' but with the other components often found in sushi (sushi actually means 'rice' but many people don't know that Smile.) such as omelette (no sugar obviously), avocado, carrot, cucumber, roast pepper, prawns/crab if you like them. Google some images for ideas.

You could also cut it into strips to sprinkle on stir fried chicken and vegetables with soy sauce and sesame oil?
