Is this allowed instead of the solid coconut oil? To be honest the taste of coconut on my food was something I really struggled with so I'm v interested in this. It says 0 carb.

You can buy refined coconut oil at any Afro-caribbean or Asian shop. Sometimes even in the mainstream supermarkets. It is far, far more pleasant to eat and cook with than the virgin oils, and has exactly the same fatty acid profile and therefore the same dietary benefits. Plus it is really cheap. Virgin coconut oil hype is all written by sellers of virgin coconut oil.

All pure oils have zero carbs.
