I'm in the first week of low carbing. Can I have the following:

Fresh red or green chilli (to make the cream cheese a tad more interesting!)
Full fat Greek yoghurt
Pork scratchings (I may have dreamt that one GrinConfused)
Gherkins

Btw I did have a look at BIWIs fab guide but didn't spot these items on either the good or forbidden lists (apologies if I am being myopic...that'll be due to my low carb induced banging head Confused)

Yep, all on the OK list. Would try not to go too crazy on the scratchings though. If you eat to the plan you shouldn't need snacks once you get into the swing.

Biwi is starting another Bootcamp on the 29th, why not come over and join us? You learn a lot and get loads of ideas as well as great support. Click the 'Check it Out' button at the top and follow the links to BC.

Thanks miffy49. I will be joining BC on 29th too. Just desperate to get this weight loss kicked off. I don't actually have much to lose (10lbs) but every other method I've tried has not worked so this feels like the last chance saloon!!
