I'm getting ready for bootcamp on the 29th.

Found some nice low carb recipes. Are these allowed?

No nuts until you get onto BC Light.

Have you checked out Biwi's list? You can get to it by clicking the tab in the banner at the top of the page. Food lists and rules etc are all in there.

I'm a bit confused about the nut issue. On these threads, it seems a nut-free first stage (BC) is advocated. However, I bought the India Knight book & she recommends snacking on nuts, albeit a small amount rather than until you can eat no more Smile

On IPD you can have nuts but not seeds in the first stage but the general consensus amongst the forum regulars on there seems to be that nuts are best left for later.

Nuts are one of the problem foods. For some reason they are notorious for causing stalls in some people. Also, for real nut fans, they can be hard to limit too. The right nuts are low carb but they aren't carb free. I believe a lot of people do strict BC for a couple of weeks and then move to BC Light so you would only be giving them up for 2wks.
