Housing situation with a 1yo

I am a single parent with a 1yo dd. I currently live with my mum although I'm in my twenties. We are on housing association but lately me and my mum are at loggerheads due to a number of things. One being my dd is now completely out of routine and is constantly whinging where she is shattered but my mum constantly had her other grandchild around and where it's nannys house, my mum typically lets them stay up later playing which results in my dd being woken up Atleast twice a night. During the day they use all her toys and completely ruin them. One of my nephews actually screwed up multiply pictures of my dd to make aeroplanes. I'm at my wits end. I am mentally drained because of the arguments and I certainly don't want my dd to hear them although they are happening Atleast twice a day now.
I want to leave my mums, but being a single parent who isn't working (we moved from my hometown to a different county when I was pregnant so I had to quit) I have no idea what to do. I have no relatives near by or friends. Ideally I would like to move back to my hometown but don't know if the council would allow that.
If I go to the office

  1. would they even allow me to be rehoused
  2. would I be able to go back home?

I know this is extremely long and probably in the wrong page so I a police in advance. Any advice or help would be so appreciated.

You can ask your housing to look elsewhere or apply for housing in your hometown.
I completely understand the frustration if living with a relative when you have your own child...it's like they invade your space.
The first thing you need to do is speak to the housing officer and explain the circumstances and go and see your doctor if it's really getting you down.
The main thing however is to make sure you are bidding on any properties relevant to you as this shows you do want to move out.
Good luck
