What is the nature of the breach, how often/how frequent?

Are the threats verbal or in text/email?

What is the order? I assume cannot remove the child from the jurisdiction England/Wales?

Is he a foreign national? Are you UK resident?

Hi there thank u for reply he is British the prohibited steps is he cannot remove child from anywhere without my agreement as what he was doing before was just talking him when he felt like it and not retuning .

Breach is constantly bringing child home late which sounds petty but his affecting child at school as some days he collects from school and returns but this over late purposely no matter what I say he doesn't care.

He shouldn't even be doing drop off to me but is again tried to talk and stop this doesn't care . Just constant battle every time he has him and order has only a warning notice which I had no idea about at first when applied I was under impression he breaches police can help well no this is not the case which then frustrates me that I've done all that for nothing . And I'm now thinking about enforcement order to make him do what he should be doing ??? But need a little advice as I'll be doing it myself . X

Threats are verbal also I've taken pictures on my phone of times and dates for drop off prof he is late and its him doing it.

As in order is Ment to be a third party but most time it's not its him.

And also he comes when it's not even his day to have contact banging door sitting outside police not interested just say need to go back to court so frustrating after already doing that and there's nothing they can do joke !!! Xx
