I've only got one child and I'm knackered! I think its worse because the winter is so wet and miserable and just makes you want to sleep.

I can't offer any advice as I am always behind on house work etc. I just keep thinking it has to get easier at some point or I will naturally end up more organised!

Yes me too. Totally at the end of my tether. Snatches of pleasurable 'me' time are supposed to be good

Similar circumstances here. I am almost constantly tired Hmm

I've tried to lower my standards a bit with housework, try and shop online, stick to being really organised in the evenings with getting uniforms sorted, breakfast laid out etc so that the mornings run more smoothly.
I try and give myself 1 'big' task to do every week so file paperwork/ clean the oven/ sort out too small clothes etc.

I do gret more tired when my diet is crap so I have to kick myself up the arse with that sometimes.

Yeah, I get that.

My son is with me 40% of the time, I work full time and I have a business I work on in the evenings (because being the NRP I don't get any benefits at all).

Sleep is my favourite spare time activity!

Same here. Constantly miserably tired. I triple check everything at work, even the date as I'm not sure what year it is half the time.

I only scrape by because I spend a lot on healthy food + vitamins. I figure if I can't sleep then I'd better eat well.

Yes Meglet. True that food, sleep, rest & vitamins are key. A bit of fun is always good too!!!! I could do with a part time man lol

Vitamins-are there any multi vitamins available that don't contain iron ? And if not, what are the best individual ones to take for general feeling like shitness ?

Yes maybe Brad Pitt has some cousins in the UK?

You can keep Brad. I'd do you a deal on Colin Firth ?

Oh you'll have to get someone else for Colin Firth :-)
